Yes. The initial discussion is free and is normally enough to establish the likely scope, process and fee.
What should I prepare before calling?+
A rough description of the property, what you want to change, the address and any estate-agent plans or photographs are helpful but not essential.

No. North Plans is based near Wigan and works across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and the wider North West.
