A typical householder application includes location and site plans, existing drawings, proposed drawings and the relevant application form. Other information may be required depending on the site.
We invoice for the planning application fee along with our professional fee, and submit to the local authority via our planning portal account.
Minor amendments may sometimes be accepted during determination, but this is at the council’s discretion and larger changes may require a fresh application.
